Gaila Swindell is aa Family Coach in the Northeastern region. Gaila is passionate about helping her students and families achieve success at Agora and acting as their advocate. She enjoys writing fiction and songs, bicycling, cooking, traveling, and spending time with her husband and college-age daughters.
Gina Horst is the North East Regional Family Support Coach. She is passionate about the genuine desire of our Family Coach team to help encourage and support every student along their journey at Agora. When not working with families, she is a busy mother of 5 sons and a new puppy named Gary.
Heather Ronco is a Family Coach who has been building relationships with high school students at Agora for 8 years. Her passion to help students find the motivation and desire to excel in high school shines through in her work. For fun you will find Heather working on her own dream poster traveling the U.S. with her children.
As a Family Support Coach, Holly Allen supports 24 Family Coaches in the Central PA region. Holly is passionate about helping staff members reach their own highest potentials while assisting their students. When not working or attending graduate school classes, Holly enjoys reading, cooking, and exploring new places with her family.
James McGonigal is a Family Coach who is originally from Brooklyn, NY. He graduated from East Stroudsburg University. James is looking forward to building strong relationships with students and families. His hobbies include exercising and small construction projects. His favorite sport teams are: Detroit lions, New York Mets, and New York Rangers.

Jean Sands is a Family Coach at Agora. She is passionate about helping students and staff find common ground by focusing on the positive and laughter! When not working, Jean enjoys spending time with God, her family, and Skyping with her four grandchildren.
Jeffrey Bunn is a Family Coach at Agora serving families in Philadelphia. He is passionate about education and empowering his students and families to achieve greatness. When not working, Jeffrey loves camping and hiking with his dog Shadow and spending lots of time outdoors. He is also a big fan of the Eagles, Phillies, and Penn State Football.
Jenna Gruber is a Family Coach in Philadelphia and parts of Delaware County. Jenna has been with Agora since 2012-2013 school year. She loves working with students and helping them reach their full potential and success here at Agora. She is an artist; during her downtime she loves being creative and doing her favorite activity: art-painting.
Jeremy Smith has been a Family Coach at Agora since January 2012. He loves the opportunity to work closely with his families to ensure that each family gets the best educational experience possible. In his spare time, Jeremy loves spending time with his family, skiing, snowboarding, and coaching wrestling.

He originally worked in Engineering after graduating from The University of Pittsburgh but later earned his Pennsylvania Teaching Certification in Secondary Math Education from Robert Morris University. John strives to inspire students in all grades to love to learn because education is the key to success.

Kimyatta Woods is a Family Coach in Philadelphia. She is inspired by her students. She lives by the quote, “Teamwork divides the task and multiplies the success.” When not teaming up with her students, she loves to play video games, shop for bargains, and traveling the city to see her son play basketball and baseball with his high school team.

She is passionate about helping Agora families be as comfortable as possible while helping students reach their full academic potential. Laura Barth is a Family Coach. She truly enjoys motivating students and giving them the skills they need to succeed and graduate. She loves that Agora teachers and staff are so willing to go above and beyond for students in the name of learning. Laura Brennan is a Family Coach with Agora. She is passionate about making sure her families feel equipped for success and well supported. When not working, she is with her family and can usually be found cheering on one of her 4 boys at a sporting event.
Laura Goldman currently serves as a Family Coach for families with students in grades 3 through 8 who live in Northeast Philadelphia. She loves supporting and guiding her students to be successful at Agora. Laura is no stranger to alternative educational settings, as she has homeschooled and/or cyber-schooled her four children for 14 years.
Laurie Daugherty is a Family Coach for Agora. She is passionate about working closely with Agora families to help them be successful. When not working, Laurie likes to read, travel, and spend time with family and pets.
Lori Ann Gahles is a Family Coach for middle school and high school students. Her passion is helping student reach their full potential by developing collaborative working relationships. When she is not working, she can be found spending time with family and reading a good book while at the beach!
Lori Johnson is Family Coach for grades kindergarten through 8. She is passionate about keeping an open line of communication with her families so they feel like someone is always there to help their child be a successful student at Agora. When she is not being a Family Coach, you will find her attending dance classes, working out, and being with her family and friends.
Lynne Honsberger is a Family Coach who is passionate about school choice for families. Her most important goal is to build relationships with families that will bring commitment to her students’ educational success as well as collaboration among students, families and faculty in order to make a positive difference together. Outside teaching, she takes college courses to further her education and enjoys running, reading, and scrapbooking.
