In order to enroll, students must be at least five years old as of the enrollment date defined by their local school district. Students can enroll up to the age of 20, and can finish the school year after they turn 21 years of age. Students may not enroll with Agora after 21 years of age. If you need assistance determining the age and date requirement applicable to your student, please contact your resident school district or call us at 1-855-748-4735.
HERE'S HOW OUR EASY ENROLLMENT PROCESS WORKS!
CREATE AN ACCOUNT
To begin the enrollment process, create a user account by clicking on the CREATE AN ACCOUNT button to the left which will take you to the K12 Parent Portal.
If you have already created your account, please LOG-IN to continue your enrollment process.
SUBMIT AN ONLINE APPLICATION
You will be asked for basic information about your student. Once this application is submitted, an Enrollment Consultant will contact you to personally assist you throughout the entire enrollment process.
COMPLETE THE PROCESS
Completing the enrollment process requires detailed information about your student, necessary documentation, and a pre-approval telephone conference with an Enrollment Consultant. You will then be invited to attend a required Information Session which ensures our families fully understand the instructional model, as well as the expectations of the student, parent, and school. An Acknowledgment Form for each student must be completed at the conclusion of the Information Session. Depending on your student’s individual situation, there may be additional pre-approval requirements to finalize your student's enrollment.
RECEIVE OFFICIAL APPROVALUpon successful completion of the enrollment process, your student will be approved and ready to start school!
